The guy behind the bar.

I've spent more than ten years working small, neighborhood bars in upstate New York — the kind of rooms where the regulars have their own stools and the bartender is half the reason people come back. I've run one, too: managing the floor, building the menus, training the staff, and learning exactly what separates a bar people like from a bar people love.

Here's what those years taught me: the best bar experience isn't about formality, and it isn't about flipping bottles. It's a bartender who learns names, reads the room, remembers the second round, and makes every drink like it matters — because it does.

Leggmann's exists to bring that bar to the events that deserve it. Weddings, backyard blowouts, anniversaries, the parties people plan for months. You shouldn't have to choose between a stiff catering bar and a cooler full of ice — you can have a real bar, with a real bartender, right where the celebration is.
